When can I expect my order to ship?
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship.
EKD Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise through the shipping process.
If you live in the Racine/Kenosha/Milwaukee, WI area - delivery by me can be arranged, please contact me.
My piece is broken! Can you fix it?
You have 60 days to report any defect or breakage in your piece. Please contact me directly at [email protected] for this unfortunate situation. If the piece is faulty or damaged on my own error, I will fix it at no cost. If the damage was an accident on your end, the repair cost is dependent on the part in need of replacing or repair. All these stamps are vintage and I may not have a duplicate stamp. If it has been longer than 60 days I am still happy to try and repair any items if I can. Please contact me regarding your piece and I'll try my best!
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your piece(s) I do offer returns or exchanges within 14 days or purchases as long as the items are in the same condition as when they were received. Please contact me at [email protected] for further instructions on returns or exchanges.
Custom orders are not refundable.
